Uncharted Waters...
March 27, 2020, 8:07 AM

As we are all fully aware, we are living in some “unknown” times, better stated as uncharted waters. Life seems to change by the day as we await the release of the damage the COVID-19 virus has caused on our nation and our world day by day. Although we should not fear, we all honestly do fear from time to time, we also worry, we worry over our family, close friends and children. None of us want this virus to affect those that we love and care about, or anyone for that matter.

Church over the past few weeks has been different, impacted by this virus as we find unique and alternative ways to worship in an attempt to protect our church family and friends.

I want to encourage you and your family during this time when most would worry and see fear in the troubled waters to turn to HIM. This is a unique time of worship and fellowship where we can show and teach our children the true importance of worship, and how “faith. Hope, and love” can bring us through this difficult time in our nation.

Even though we may not be able to make it into the church “building” we are STILL the church!

It is our responsibility to continue to spread the gospel of Jesus, give faithfully as if you were in the church building, and fellowship with your church family in new and unique ways while you are “social distancing”.

Now is the time more than ever, that WE are to BE the Church!

Psalm 62:7 NKJV

In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God.
